Orders must be placed at least one to two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Orders can be placed, by phone or online.

50% of the payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

The remaining balance must be paid upon pickup.

We accept Venmo, Zelle and cash payments.

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the specified period.

Refunds for incorrect orders will be issued at our discretion after a review.

We do not offer delivery. All orders must be picked up at the agreed time from us.

Pickup orders must be collected within Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm .

We are not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond the scheduled time.

Once an order has been picked up, Buttercream Fantasy is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transport, handling, or storage.

We recommend transporting cakes on a flat surface in a cool environment, and refrigerating them until ready to serve.

Our products may contain common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Customers must notify us of any dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
